Preschool Teachers’ Views on Classroom Management

چکیده
Okul öncesi dönemde eğitim alan öğrencilerin eğitim-öğretim yaşamlarının oldukça önemli olduğu ve bu durumun sonraki yıllarda hayatlarına etki edecek karakter oluşumunu etkilediği bilinmektedir. öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimine dair görüşlerini incelemek amacıyla yapılan çalışma kapsamında nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden iç içe geçmiş tekli durum deseninden yararlanılmıştır. 2018-2019 yılında özel devlet okullarında görev yapan 30 okul öğretmenin görüşlerine dayandırılan araştırmanın verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla elde edilerek, bulguları içerik analizi sonucunda kodlar anekdotlarla ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kod anekdotlar bir tema üç alt altında öğretmenlerin kullandıkları yöntemlerden, uygulamalarına karşılaştıkları zorluklara kadar örnek olaylarla edilen sonuçlar, öğrencilerinin literatürdeki yönetimi olumlu karşılıklar verdiği yönündedir.
